The resorts have resumed operations with limited services. Pool areas and other amenities, such as gyms, will be open wherever city, region or other local jurisdictions allow, and following social distancing and sanitation guidelines. As we continue to re-open properties, we will be reviewing hours of operations and modifying the delivery of on-site services. We greatly appreciate your patience during this time. Hours of operations for restaurants at each of the Scotland properties will vary based on new protocols established as part of HGV's Enhanced Care Guidelines. On November 2, 2020, a new five-level system will be implemented, in which local authorities will assign restrictions based on a local area's COVID-19 protection level. The UK government also announced a leisure travel ban in England starting on November 5 until December 2, 2020, consisting of a second nationwide lockdown that bans domestic and international leisure travel. People from more than one household (or extended household) must not stay in a self-catered accommodation together while the current restrictions on indoor private gatherings are in place. The Scottish government requires that face coverings are worn in certain indoor areas. Limited exemptions apply. Travelers arriving in Scotland from outside the United Kingdom are required to self-isolate for 14 days. A list of exempt countries and territories is available on the Scottish government website.
