The resort has resumed operations with limited services. Pool areas and other amenities, such as gyms, will be open wherever city, region or other local jurisdictions allow, and following social distancing and sanitation guidelines. As we continue to re-open properties, we will be reviewing hours of operations and modifying the delivery of on-site services. We greatly appreciate your patience during this time. Hours of operations for restaurants at each of the Scotland properties will vary based on new protocols established as part of HGV’s Enhanced Care Guidelines. If you are travelling to Scotland from outside of the United Kingdom or you reside in Scotland but have traveled outside the country in the past 14 days, you will need to observe a self-isolation period of 14 days or the entire duration of your stay, whichever is shorter. During this time you will not be able to leave your lodge or suite. The Scottish Government requires that face coverings are worn in certain indoor areas. Limited exemptions apply. Guests staying at Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Coylumbridge, Hilton Grand Vacations at Dunkeld and Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Craigendarroch Lodges must follow the guidance relating to staying in a self-catered accommodation, which only allows one household (or extended household) per unit. Guests staying at Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Craigendarroch Suites must follow the guidance relating to staying in a lodging facility, which only allows one household (or extended household) in each room booked.

COVID-19 Update

First, and most important, please know the health and wellbeing of our Owners, guests and Team Members around the globe is our top priority. We want you to feel confident during your stay with Hilton Grand Vacations, and we remain diligent in our commitment to providing a safe environment for all who visit our properties.

A self-quarantine order is in effect for the United Kingdom. Travelers visiting HGV properties in the United Kingdom are required to abide by the order. To help prevent the spread of germs, we highly recommend all guests wear face coverings in common areas while vacationing at our properties. The Scottish Government has issued a guidance that makes face coverings mandatory in indoor hospitality venues for staff and customers when not eating and drinking. Limited exemptions apply. In addition, revised social gathering rules stipulate that six people from up to two households can meet socially. (Children under age 12 from the two households are not counted within this limit). This applies in all locations - for example at home, in hospitality or outdoors in a park or garden. Limited exemptions apply. Attendance limit for weddings, funerals and civil partnerships remains at 20. Receptions and wakes are permitted in regulated settings (for example, hospitality venues) also with a limit of 20 people. (Social gathering rules apply elsewhere.)
